We currently only offer refunds when an item(s) has been discontinued.
If you would like to exchange your apparel, feel free. We will not exchange lotions, gels, lip balms or soaps due to health concerns. We accept exchanges of clean, unwashed, and unworn merchandise apparel* within 30 days of purchase for exchange of an item of equal or lesser value (less shipping costs). Any price differentials will be charged/credited to your credit card or original form of payment (no cash refunds). Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition. Be patient and give us 2 weeks to complete the exchange or refund process. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can not accept C.O.D. items. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the exchange along with your order number, name and address, telephone number, and product ordered. Then, send both the packing slip with the reason for the exchange written on the back and the parcel in its original packaging to:

*Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing cosmetics, perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Do not wash the item that you are returning! We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Inside your order you will find a packing slip, which is your printed receipt. Keep this information in case you need to make an exchange.
Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to us. Any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and Pampered Pirate will not replace the contents of the package.
Back Ordered & Discontinued Items
We do our best to maintain our inventory, but every now and then we find ourselves out of stock. In the event that a product you ordered is not in stock or discontinued before we can update the website, we will make every effort to contact you. You are always welcome to wait for your item, or substitute another item of equal or lesser value. Items that have been discontinued are eligible for a full refund on the purchase price. We will have to email you if we have a problem with your order, so make sure you enter an email that you check often. All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.
